TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF

LAUREL HEIGHTS ESTATE
PAYMENT
PLAN
To help subscribers buy
into Laurel Heights Estate, we
have two
payment plan options to wit:
1. FULL CASH PAYMENT PLAN:
The subscriber can pay in full
at any mutually agreed stage they is prepared to
do so.
2. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:
Installmental payment plan
offers the subscriber ease of
payment at the various stages of
construction. The payment shall
be in 4 phases (25% each
milestone) and
the amount shall depend on the
house type the subscriber
desires to buy.
The payment plan
shall take this form.

MORTGAGE PLAN
To make subscribers feel much
better, they can buy into Laurel
Height Estate through a mortgage
payment plan. This option can be
spread through a period of
10-20years. While subscribers
are at liberty to obtain
mortgage loan from their
Bankers, the company has an
understanding with FBN
Mortgages, to make mortgage
facilities available to any
subscriber.
4. TIMELINE
We have started doing the clearance, setting out
and interlocking of the road network
with paved stones since June
2009. Construction and building
of different housing unit types
have also
commenced. |

1. A purchaser could negotiate for a long mile
stone/ Installment of his own choice.
2. A review of price may occur in the occasion
of default in Installmental payment.
3. The sellers commission is paid as per the
Installment received.
4. For ease of project delivery, an “escrow
account” is opened with Diamond Bank and a
"tripartite building agreement" must be
signed between the buyer, Laurel Property
Development Company Limited and Diamond Bank PLC.
The
Bank will act as the mediators and
financial advisers.
5. The House on Demand concept is cost effective
and highly workable, in Laurel Heights Estate.
House on Demand is stress free, timely and most
importantly removes wastage of money, materials
and machines which are associated with erstwhile
housing development and delivery.
The company has a few serviced plots within the
Laurel Heights Estate for sale to clients who
prefer to build their dream homes in the estate.
