1.Who is
LPDC?
Laurel property Development
Company Limited is a firm of
Surveyors, Engineers and
Developers. We are a Design and
Build company, turn key
contractors, Project Managers
and Rural Estate Developers.
LPDC was incorporated as a one-stop company to

1.THE ONYX :
The Onyx consists of three bedroom

payment plan options to wit:
1. FULL CASH PAYMENT PLAN:
The subscriber can pay in full
at any mutually agreed stage they is prepared to
do so.
2. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:
Installmental payment plan
offers the subscriber ease of
payment at the various stages of
construction. The payment shall
be in 4 phases (25% each
milestone) and
