1.Who is LPDC?
Laurel property Development Company Limited is a firm of Surveyors, Engineers and Developers. We are a Design and Build company, turn key contractors, Project Managers and Rural Estate Developers.
LPDC was incorporated as a one-stop company to render full service, real estate investment management and development needs in the market place. While our primary purpose is to offer Nigerians "clean and green homes" in an organized environment, our activities also include the manufacturing of building materials commonly used in the industry and thereby providing sizable jobs to teeming Nigerians.

LPDC have evolved since 2003 into a strong, responsible and successful participant in the growth of corporate Nigeria through driving innovative ideas that satisfies the desires of the property market.

There are 3 basic House Types in Laurel Heights Estate.
These are:
1.THE ONYX
:
The Onyx consists of three bedroom detached bungalows. The architectural design adhered to the three basic functional requirements which are cost aesthetics and function. The Onyx has a welcoming patio which leads into the foyer that features a visitor’s convenience and introduces you to a hobby and also spacious sunken well ventilated living room. The sitting room overlooks the Dinning room. The home also features a spacious cooking area as the kitchen, with a service store, an outdoor work space and a laundry. The rooms are alls cozy and can be accessed from the lobby.

2.THE
DIAMOND:

3.What are your payment plans?
PAYMENT PLAN
To help subscribers buy into Laurel Heights Estate, we have two payment plan options to wit:

1. FULL CASH PAYMENT PLAN:
The subscriber can pay in full at any mutually agreed stage they is prepared to do so.

2. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:
Installmental payment plan offers the subscriber ease of payment at the various stages of construction. The payment shall be in 4 phases (25% each milestone) and the amount shall depend on the house type the subscriber desires to buy.
The payment plan shall take this form.

9.What title is available at purchase?
A deed of conveyance in the case of a vacant serviced plot of land and a sale contract in the case of a house. Our application for a corporate Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is receiving due attention from the Government.

10.What is the duration between the time of payment and the time of acquisition of my property?
On confirmation of your payment and fulfillment of all conditions, acquisition of your property is instantaneous.

11.What is House On Demand?
This is a model that gives a buyer the ease of payment as he has the privilege of either paying in cash or in installments of four (4) milestones. Each installment which is tied to a milestone would be mutually agreed upon before construction begins with a bank acting as financial advisers and mediators. For ease of operation, an escrow account in opened with the designated bank and a tripartite agreement is signed between a buyer, Laurel Properties and the bank.

12. How can I use it to develop my land elsewhere in Port Harcourt or Nigeria?
This is a model that gives a buyer the ease of payment as he has the privilege of either paying in cash or in installments of four (4) milestones. A buyer makes a demand for whatever type of property he wants, wherever he wants it and when he desires that the house be completed.

Each installment is tied to a milestone and would be mutually agreed upon before construction begins with a bank acting as financial advisers and mediators. For ease of operation, an escrow account is opened with the designated bank and a tripartite agreement is signed between a buyer, Laurel Properties and the bank.
It is cost effective, it is stress free, it is timely and most importantly removes wastages which are associated with erstwhile housing estates embarked upon by past governments and other private developers in the country.
